CSO Organizational Assessment Tool

The CSO OCAT tool describes four levels of development for each capacity area of the organisation. The capacity area is aligned with the CSO eight standards. Each of the eight standards has several elements that contribute to the standard. These are referred to as sub-elements. Scores are assigned to each Sub element and in so doing an aggregate picture of what the organisation capacity in this area looks like emerges. Scores range from 1-4 as demonstrated in the rating column. Key remarks are recorded.
